Hi guys….   enjoy the summer!!  go out, into the sun….feel the warm breeze, and just take care of these important days of summer, vacation and relaxing atmosphere….:-)

be happy…be sure to get the max out of every situation…. keep a good mood, by not making a drama out of every little thing that maybe bother you….

to get started summer… here are some tips….  🙂

1. Hang your laundry out to dry. There is simply nothing like climbing into a bed whose clean sheets smell sweetly of sun and fresh air. And it saves energy! enjoy the season!!!

2.Try making Sun Tea. Children are fascinated by the sun’s power to change things and love to get involved in this process. Simply place 1 teabag (black, green, or herbal) per pint of water in a glass container, and leave outside in the sun to steep for an hour. Add sweetener and fresh mint, if you like.

3.Water-play on hot summer days never goes out of style: you’ll be amazed how much fun you and your kids can get out of a lawn sprinkler or a garden hose. Or you can save precious water and take a trip to the nearest lake, river, or beach. It’s all about contrasts–warm sun, cool water. And splashing is so much fun!

4.rent a cottage nearby a lake or the sea…. find a cheap, and live together with nature…. you can go fishing, swimming. play ball games outside the house, have BBQ. bring bikes and you can explore the new area where you rented the cottage. A holiday you will remember!

5.Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Summer is the perfect time for eating lightly. Take advantage of all the gorgeous berries on your cereal or with yoghurt as a dessert. Salads are the ultimate so create a masterpiece and add your protein with fish, chicken, cheese or eggs.

6.Sunshine makes you smile. Enjoy it. Live in the moment and embrace a good healthy attitude – regardless of what is presented to you. We are convinced life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. Take care of yourself, your friends and family over this relaxed time. Treat your body and skin with the utmost respect – indulge, pamper and enjoy!
